Taylor Haren was Clay's largest user at one point, hitting their platform 17.3 million times per week. Last month he replaced it entirely with a $200/mo Claude Code subscription.

He can't write code. Neither can his VP of Growth who built the replacement.

Here's how they did it (and how you can too):

Clay is a great product. Most people should use it. But Taylor hit a real ceiling:

50,000 row limit per table. 12.5 million row cap per workspace. Tables that take days to delete. Clicking "run all" thousands of times and waiting days for things to clear.

It was a bottleneck for his business, so they rebuilt it.

Three weeks after touching Claude Code for the first time, Taylor and James had rebuilt their entire core system. Here's what they coded from scratch:

  1. A waterfall enrichment engine that processes 272,000 leads per second

  2. A Google Maps scraper that pulls leads zip code by zip code across all 32,000 US zip codes

  3. An AI lead finder hitting 95% contact match rates (Apollo gives you ~30%)

  4. Ad library scrapers for Google and LinkedIn

  5. An AI campaign analysis system

  6. An auto-refill system so clients never run out of leads mid-campaign

Now they have the data ready for clients sending 5 million emails a month within 1 week of signing the contract.

This Tuesday, April 21st, Taylor is joining me to show you how. Join us for a special LIVE workshop to get his full Claude Code system blueprint -- every tool, the full tech stack, a Clay vs custom comparison, and a 6-step playbook for building your own. He'll show you the full system live and how each tool actually works.

You can ask ANY QUESTIONS you want.
